Kylie Jenner Skincare line!
People are already raving. Though these products became a buzz word in the skincare industry, I felt skeptical to try them as I wasn’t sure about the formulation.
Though these products became popular, many people have questions like, are they really worth a buy? Is it good? Can I give a try? Which product to buy?
I was personally intrigued by the packaging and the top-notch ingredients used in the formulation. So, I gave a try!
Here’s my honest review on Kylie Jenner skincare products after trying them for a week.
All the Kylie Jenner products are formulated free of parabens, sulfates, and gluten. Also, they’re vegan, cruelty-free, and dermatologist-tested. Although, in some products like toner and face wash contain added fragrance. No worries!
One person perhaps love the fragrance whilst other are allergic to it. Skincare is diverse. What I like, others might not adore and vice versa.
Kylie skincare products are like a magic potion. From a cleanser to moisturizer, every product has it’s unique formulation. The Kylie skin line contains,
The Foaming Face wash contains impressive ingredients such as Glycerin a humectant that balances moisture in the skin, Kiwi seed oil which is an antioxidant that helps hydrate & brighten the skin, coconut-derived ingredients and small percent of fragrance.
You just need one pump to wash off your entire face but it doesn’t remove any makeup traces. This face wash leaves your skin moist.
But it won’t deeply cleanse your skin. That’s the only thing I didn’t like much.
The active ingredients in this scrub are Squalane a highly moisturizing oil from olives to restore skin’s moisture & strengthen, Glycerin, Blend of Fruits & Walnut powder to gently exfoliate, Ginseng extract to energize the skin, and a derivative of Hyaluronic acid that hydrates & plumps your skin.
This scrub has no fragrance. Although, I feel like this is a pricier version to drug-store walnut scrubs. You must choose a gently scrub & use it just once a week. So, I would prefer to go without microbeads or chemical exfoliants.
The Milk Toner incorporates Apple fruit extract an antioxidant to improve the look of your skin, Squalane, Avocado & Apricot Kernel Oil to soothe and soften the skin, Jojoba oil to help skin’s condition, and little fragrance.
I liked the fact that this toner because it’s alcohol-free and the vanilla fragrance is awesome-sauce.
As claimed, this toner added so much moisture and hydration into the skin. You can feel it instantly. If you’re having extreme dry skin, I would recommend this product a thousand times to you.
This Serum is packed with ingredients such as Vitamin C and Camellia Oleifera Leaf that can penetrate into the skin and improve overall skin health.
The vitamin C infused serum will also boost collagen production and adds free-radical antioxidant protection.
This is my most favorite product in Kylie skincare line because it easily absorbs into the skin and enhances the skin texture. A gradual use of this serum can also reduce age spots.
Kylie’s face moisturizer is a combination of humectants and emollients that help to hydrate skin without making it oily or greasy, The formulation is suitable for all skin types especially the dry skin.
It contains Shea butter, Banana leaf extract, Oat Bran extract, Orange peel extract, and Glycerin which makes it a perfect moisturizer to soothe, soften, and moisturize your skin.
Moreover, it’s fragrance free and you just need a small portion of the cream to massage all over your face.
A revitalizing Eye cream with a uniqur formula contains a blend of Caffeine, Green tea extract, Pomegranate extract, Vitamin E, C, Shea butter, and Jojoba seed oil to brighten, hydrate, and reduce the appearance of fine lines or wrinkles.
This eye cream also has a peach-yellow tint to it. It doesn’t seem like wearing an eye cream and looks more like a concealer which I didn’t like much because the tint is due to an ingredient found in cosmetics like concealer.
